Who we are

What the forms collect
Our quote form and contact form ask for your name, phone number, email address, city or zip code, project type, timeline, budget range, and any project details you choose to write. Those fields are the only personal information we ask for. We do not ask for payment details, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive data through this website.
Where it goes and who receives it
When you submit a form, the information is sent to our server, which emails it to the owner, Scott Sardina, at his company email address, with a copy to the marketing partner who manages this website. You also get a confirmation email at the address you gave us. Email delivery is handled by Resend, our email service provider. Nobody else receives your information. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
How we use it
We use what you send to answer your question, schedule a free consultation, and prepare an estimate. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will. Just reply to any email from us or call the office.
Storage and retention
This website does not keep a customer database. Form submissions live in our email inboxes, and we keep them as long as we need them for the job or for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set advertising cookies or run third party analytics or tracking pixels on this site. The only outside resource the site loads is the Google Fonts stylesheet used for our typography.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form data is validated and processed on our server, and the credentials used to send email are stored as server side secrets that never reach your browser.
Children
This site is meant for homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
