- Call (508) 395-5170 or send the quote form and we set up a free in-home visit. Scott Sardina measures the space, talks through what you want, then sends an itemized proposal so you can see what every line covers before you commit.
- Are you licensed and insured in Massachusetts?
- Yes. Sardina Custom Remodeling holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) and Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) registration, and carries liability and workers compensation insurance on every job.
- Who is actually on my job site?
- Owner and master carpenter Scott Sardina runs the job himself with our small crew. You are not handed off to a salesperson, and you have one phone number for questions from demo day through the final walkthrough.
- Do you pull the permits?
- Yes. We handle permit applications and schedule the building, plumbing, and electrical inspections with your town, and we coordinate the licensed plumbers and electricians on our crew.
- Can you work with my architect or designer?
- Absolutely. Plenty of our clients come to us with drawings already done. We build from your plans, flag anything that will not work in the field, and price it honestly. If you have no plans, we handle design and build together.
- Which towns do you serve?
- We are based at 11 Wellesley Rd. in Natick and work across MetroWest, including Wellesley, Wayland, Weston, Sudbury, Framingham, Ashland, Holliston, Hopkinton, Medfield, Sherborn, Medway, Bellingham, Mendon, and Hopedale.
